Plushh ! Events is looking for vendors with unique items for women or for the men in their lives.
WHY VEND AT A PLUSHH! EVENTS PARTY?
*Low vendor registration fee (vendor fee given when inquiry is made)
*Only two vendors with similar products or services allowed. 16 vendors, 2 food vendors (mainly desserts), and 2 massage businesses, a total of 20 vendors.
*Advanced tickets only. vendors will know the number of tickets sold prior to the event date.
*The event is advertised as a shopping event so the attendees are expected to buy from the vendors.
*The venue is an upscale space with a lounge inspired feel that holds up to 150 people. We had approximately 130 people at our launch party in october. The attendees are encouraged to visit each table. Vendors may operate their own raffles, paid or free. Once you become a plushh! events vendor you are always offered the discounted vendor fee.

WHAT are THE VENDOR'S RESPONSIBILITies?
*Must bring one 6 foot table only, and table cloth. We will supply chairs. It is NOT a 6x6 foot space. it is a 6 foot table only. Clothing vendors may bring 1- 6 FOOT TABLE AND 1 STANDARD RACK or 2 standard racks to hang garments but no table.
*Vendor's banner must be displayed in front of table or a free standing banner behind the table. No advertising on the walls.
*Two people per table only. the space is limited.
*All vendors must be credit/debit card accessible. No cash transactions allowed at the venue. *Vendors, please eat prior to the event. The cocktails and buffet is for our advance ticket holders. If there is food available after all attendees have eaten You may help yourself.
*To pay for your vendor space please send an email to EXCELEXPO1@GMAIL.COM. the following information is needed in the email:
1. your Name
2. company name
3. Type of products or services you provide
4. brief description of your business
5. pictures you would like posted of you and/or your product
5. Please state that you would like to vend and to send you an invoice.
* you will receive an invoice via paypal.
*Vendors are asked to give a complimentary prize for the raffle/free give-away portion of the event. this is in addition to any raffle prize given separately by the vendor.
*vendors are required to arrive by 11:00 AM. Please arrive on time so you'll have plenty of time to set up before our attendees arrive. The event starts at 1:00 PM so you must be prompt. LATE ARRIVALS ARE DETRIMENTAL TO THE PLUSHH! EVENTS EXPERIENCE.
*All vendors will come through the front entrance located on bloomfield ave to unload and load.
*Vendors can park on the street (metered parking) or public parking lots in the area. You may park across the street at the Lackawanna plaza parking lot.
